Did you know the PRC test is giving lots of false positive?

Go to page 4 of this report and it's written:
Positive results are indicative of active infection with SARS-CoV-2 but DO NOT rule out bacterial infection or co-infection with other viruses. The agent detected may not be the definite cause of disease.
In this research report it clearly indicates that PRC test also gives positive result for other viruses, besides COVID!
So how can you trust the Covid numbers from the government?
