Brian Peckford and the Legal Team Has Taken Minister of Transport Omar to the Court to strike down vaccine travel ban
Oma Alghabra has been violating the Canadian Charter of Right and Freedom by putting a vaccine travel ban for Canadians.
Omar is now being taken to the court by THE HONOURABLE A. BRIAN PECKFORD, who is protecting and fighting for Canadian's Freedom of Choice.
Brian Peckford is the only surviving drafter and signatory to the 1982 Constitution and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
